Features:
l The whole machine is controlled by a touch screen PLC control system, with advanced structure, coordinated appearance, high manufacturing precision, and stable component performance, reaching the current domestic advanced level.
l The control system adopts touch screen PLC control to complete the tension of the placement of the entire machine material,adjust the edge position, the speed of the place the material, the tension of reserve material, tension-auxiliary traction to fix and replenish length, main traction to fix, detect and replenish length, control the sealing mold temperature and control the speed of cutting. In addition, auxiliary functions such as counting and batch counting can be automatically controlled.
l Main traction fixed-length and auxiliary traction fixed-length systems adopt 2 sets of servo motors and servo drives +2set servo motors and servo drives for double cutter, which are controlled by PLC.
l The double unwinding device is equipped with a magnetic powder automatic brake （It has the advantages of fast response speed, simple structure, no pollution, no noise, no shock vibration and so on）, which is controlled by a tension controller.
l The main motor adopts 4kw servo motor, which controlled by PLC.
l The transverse position can be automatically detected and accurately located,using the DATASENSOR photoelectric sensor(Europe’s third largest brand of photoelectric sensors), processed by PLC, by the execution system to complete the required functionality reliably.
l The heating body and the sealing mold are made of aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy material, which has high strength, small deformation and high sealing quality.
l The electrical components supporting the product adopt international and domestic famous brand products.
l Forming system is by two-times forming, more stable and faster speed.
