Main Components Of The Equipment
Rolling unit
During the operation, only push the cylinder material to the feeding position of the feeding arm, and then use the manual control pneumatic valve or electric button to automatically roll up. After the rolling, the distribution deviation correction is printed, and the subsequent cylinder change needs to be shut down.
Printing unit
1) Each color printing unit is equipped with a servo motor for independent transmission, which can be printed or single-side printing at the same time through different cloth wear methods. (For example, combined 4 color repress: up to 4 colors; 4+0,3+1,2+2).
2) Printing adopts the combination of mesh roller, chrome roller and rubber roller for ink transmission. There is a separate motor to ensure that the ink is uniform and no ink is dumped. This machine is equipped with automatic ink tracking function.
Material receiving unit
1)The winding motor adopts the frequency converter, which runs synchronously with the main engine, and can increase or slow speed synchronously.
2)The roll collection is equipped with an automatic deviation correction system to ensure the neat roll cloth.
3)Use cylinder push cylinder material for lower roll unloading. Manually cut cloth, stop cloth roll function.
