Bag making machine is to produce plastic packing bag. It combines upper plastic film and lower plastic film, which means that upper film and lower film are conveyed on guide to right place and compounded. Composite film will be processed into massive connected bag structures. Finally, die cutting machine used in machine cut open connected structure into each detached bag.
In light of current technology, sealing unit in bag making machine is constant temperature heating device that is only suitable for sealing composite film. It cannot sealing edge of materials whose surface is pure PE film, co-extruded film, new-type PLA material or PBAT degradable film. That is because when machine seals above materials they will be softened and the film will be easy to break.

Impulse heating & welding power supply provides instantaneous power that the electric current only come out when heating. It can patch heat thermal resistance, valve body welding ring, upper hot-sealing cutter unit and lower hot-sealing cutter unit in a sudden. In the meanwhile, it can also cool them in a sudden through respective cooling unit. Therefore, instantaneous heating and cooling can complete heating, welding and hot sealing to compound materials. That is to say the machine can process materials whose surface is pure PE film, co-extruded film, new-type PLA material or PBAT degradable film. Besides, the fact that impulse heating & welding power supply controls heating and cooling will significantly reduce energy consumption.
