Warm Journey to Hangzhou For Stand Up Pouch Bag Machine
Business trip to Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province imprinted me with all-round feeling of the city, climate, people, culture, as well as certainly our clients and factory. We went to several factories together with clients from Indonesia including a manager and two engineers who aimed to investigate stand up pouch zipper bag machine, slitting machine and rewinding machine. What surprised me, however, is that how closely they observed and inquired on machine features, components, functions, working principle etc.
Super Typhoon Lekima didn’t cut down any eagerness of Hangzhou like an over-hot host greeting foreign friends and us, strangers from a northern city, but swaying trees and branches show rare vigour under such the high temperature. The first station of the visit is to see slitting machine in Hangzhou. Getting on a MPV, we went to factory along highway in early morning. It’s high time we arrived at factory because there was an technical worker who were operating machine to conduct production. Three clients said together with lightness when the machine came into their sight: “Yeahh, that’s it!” And then they inquired about various details from the up to the down, the left to the right, just like a scanner in high precision.
The second station is to investigate rewinding machine in an industrial zone also at Hangzhou. The machine is set in office of a beautiful building. Elevator up, we got in the room, saw the machine, touched it, turned around roller, analyzed advantages and observed operation panel. The rewinding machine is equipped with computer---PLC control system. And it’s easy to operate, which needs one worker to sit there, to watch machine and to operate it. Finally, “that’s ok, we need machine video. The most important is stand up pouch zipper bag machine. So we have to go”, clients said.
The long starvation wading around our stomach couldn’t sap our strong spirits to see bag making machine. After tedious car trip to factory of bag machine in Haining City, we finally enjoyed hard-won lunch---hamburger. Due to ready machine in other client’s factory, we had to get into car again. It’s obvious that zipper bag making machine is the most important machine for two engineers who carefully checked every part of machine, which looked like glasses on their face are magnifiers for fear they ignored a screw. Zipper device, hot sealing unit, cooling part, point heating groups and hot cutting device, all of these, were what they focused on. We also introduced advanced components to them such as photoelectric device, pneumatic air shaft, consist tension device and others. In the meanwhile, they had special requirements like round corner, tear hole, round hole, ultrasonic sealing device etc. Visit completed, we went to office to discuss details they wanted to change and add into machine so as to produce stand up pouch zipper bag machine that meets their needs.
No time for dinner, we went to airport in Hangzhou in hurry, where we still talked about details of slitting machine and rewinding machine. Without the West Lake and the Qiantang River, but it’s a fulfilling experience for us, for Haosen.
Time will finally erase our edges, but our warm heart won’t change forever! Welcome to our factory, welcome to Hangzhou and Haining!
