Specification of vacuum seal storage bag
Small (45*70cm, 40*60cm, 50*70cm) : for 6-8 sweater, down jackets, cotton coats etc.
Medium(70*90cm, 56*80cm,65*95cm,60*80cm):for 10-15 pc of clothing or pillow, thin quilts etc.
Large size (70*100mm,80*100mm):for 1.8*2m quilt (approx 6-8kg) or a dozen pcs of sweater or down jacket.
Extra large(90*110cm,100*110cm,90*130cm): for two 1.5*2m quilts or a thick quilt(8-10kg).
Hanging type :hanged in the closet after storage.
Three-dimensional (60*80*20cm 80*100*20cm): With a base, it is more convenient to place, you can put about 15 pieces of clothing plus two thin quilts;
Hand (sitting) pressure type (60*60*15): After the cotton quilt is placed, the hand is pressed or placed under pressure without the suction tool, and the storage capacity is referred to the medium compression bag;
Roll-on type (40*60 45*70 50*35cm): No need for suction tools, the clothes are placed after the bag is rolled to discharge the air inside the bag, suitable for traveling and carrying clothes;

Unwinding device:
●Unwinding motor: cycloid reducer for 750W (3 sets)
●Unwinding frequency conversion motor: 750W (3 sets)
●Deviation correction for unwinding: automatically double-line & ultrasonic correction for two sets
●Unwinding tension: two sets of automatically consistent tension, two rotary encoders and two magnetic powder brakes
Sealing device:
●Heating device for traverse-sealing: two groups with upper and lower electric hot plates in power of 4.6kw. And two groups hot knife for width of 20mm and length of 1140mm installed in traverse sealing. Spot heating device for one group to heat upper and lower sides and spot cooling device for one group to cool both sides. Knife will be customized by zipper offered by clients.
●Cooling device for traverse-sealing: one group with length of 1140mm to cool both sides
●Heating device for longitudinal-sealing: two groups to heat both sides with electric hot plate in power of 4kw and hot knife for length of 1050mm
●Cooling device for longitudinal-sealing: two groups with length of 650mm
●Heating device for tip of spot heating: one group(dimension of tip will be provided by clients)
●Main motor: frequency conversion motor for 3700W made in Taiwan; gear reducer: i=30
●Traction: protraction with 3000W AC servo, mid-traction with 2000W AC servo and the servo adopted in backward traction keeps synchronous to mid-traction’s 2000W servo
●Automatic control systems with consistent tension for two sets
●Feed port: position of vibrating hopper (for one set) port can be lightly adjusted on basic place of 260mm. (Set customized position according to sample bags from clients who offer 400 valves.)

Nozzle Feeding Device

17. Heating of horizontal seal: 2 groups, upper, lower electrical board power 3.5kW. (Two groups of width are installed with a 20mm wide hot knife with a length of 1180mm).
