II Instruction on Main Parts
1. Unwinding Part
(1) Structure
1) Unwinding part is designed with passive unwinding mode in magnetic powder brake.
2) Material roll is installed by air shaft.
3) Deviation correction for discharging is equipped with photoelectric deviation correction system (with precision of±0.3mm).

1) Max width of material roll: 1300mm

2. Traction Part
(1) Structure
1) Slit material is driven by pressing from upper steel roller and lower rubber roller.
2) Traction motor drives traction roller to turn around and cutter as well as rewinding shaft is driven by synchronous pulleys.

1) Diameter of traction roller and pressing roller:Φ120mm

3. Slitting Part
(1) Structure
1) Cut by flat blade: blade carrier is moved by worm gears.

1) Rewinding shaft is air shaft with double stations
2) Rewinding shaft is driven to turn around by synchronous pulley and magnetic powder clutch powered by main motor.
3) Rewinding press roll is designed with sectional pressing roll to ensure neat rewinding effect.
