 when warp empty or breaking ,

（1）Even if the woven warp is not replaced in time or the warp is broken, it will not cause the movement to break the wire in a large area.

(2)Empty warp can avoid waste of material, if say each warp has 50 gram left, each set has 500pcs warp evenly,each set may change warp 5 times per month, then we can save 1500kgs of material per set per year. Based on practical way, still can reduce 50% warp residue than before.

How to do it?

Put winding part on the creels where close to the lift part as near as possible.

Why to do it?

(1) Save the installation space of each machine,warp convey channel and fabric roll transfer channel can be separated,unload fabric roll more safely,warp passing more convenient.

(2)Solve the problem of unbalanced tightness of 2 sides on fabric roll vastly,benefit to following process like laminating and printing,reduce waste bags sharply.

(1) Levitating running structure(There is a little distance when running between shuttle wheel and track)，so warp not damaged，and track temperature always keeps almost the same as body temperature never burning hot,tension of warp is higher than traditional one’s,running more stable.  

(2)Each levitating track rolling wheel has 3 pcs bearing,each levitating pillar with 2pcs rolling wheel,occur 2 touchpoints on shuttle,compare to 1 track rolling wheel type,2 track rolling wheel with less touchpoint area and more stable to run.As we all known,less touchpoint area less friction ,then more energy saving and lower machine noise.

How to do:

Pull down the lever near bobbin base,device keeps open,

then weft is off the shuttle,put another weft in the shuttle,

pull up the lever, device locks directly.

Why to do:

(1) Slashing weavers’labour strength,relieving the occurrence of occupational hazards like tennis elbow.

(2)Accelerating weft changing speed,so that skilled weavers finishing weft changing within 40 seconds.

(3)New weavers can master operating skills more quicker than before after training.

(4)Lever position is sealed so that no dust can enter;when pulling down the lever,it keep open until pulling up the lever to lock bobbin,this approach make faster changing ,lower operating frequency,more durable to use.

(5)Device install location is the same as loom’s running direction，no recoil from the operation,so the device can use the more small spring,the more easier to adjust fabric flatness.
