Application
1. This machine is suitable for processing Ordinary PP woven bags, Film Laminated PP woven bags, OPP color printing bags .
2. EPC automatic correction, high -precision automatic cutting bag;
3. Automatic bottom sealing, enters, and cut off;
4. Automatic sewing bottom (the inner bag can be sewn together with outer bag, can be also sealing the bottomseparately(with outer bag) , automatic counting;
5. The whole machine controlled by PLC micro -computer system , the humanized large screen interface (10 -inch) datadisplay/ record/ setting;
6. This machine can be used independently as a cutting &sewing machine;
7. The operation of this machine is simple and can be operated by single person.
Automatic deviation, feeding ,electric photo tracking, control the bag length accurately.
1) Machine frame use 10mm Carbon Steel , processing by CNC laser cutting machine ,which is not easy to loosen and deform. Run smoothly and can run at high speed.
2) Base seat of main machine frame : National standard No.8 Chanel steel welding
3) Deviation Motor Adopt Servo Motor.
4) Automatic lifting and down the roll . Use motor +chain style instead of air cylinder types, reduce consumption parts ,save cost and reduce maintenance time.
