PP woven Fabric max Roll Dia is 1200mm, width is 750mm,perfectly suited to the needs of the mass market. Double-cylinder automatic feeding and lifting, equipped with air expansion shaft feeding, mechanical shaft for spare, to prevent the phenomenon that the inner diameter of the raw material is deformed and cannot be used. Cylinder + automatic deviation correction system + magnetic powder brake device, to ensure that the woven fabric does not deviate, wrinkle, or lose material when it is being pulled.

The traction + material storage part of the woven fabric: In order to make the material go accurately and realize the non-stop feeding and rhythmic cutting, we use the Japanese Panasonic servo motor + original drive system to achieve accurate material feeding, and use the floating material storage device to achieve uniform tension.

The bag cutting device with one-button switching of hot and cold cutters, we use cold cutters to cut the coated woven fabrics, which is neat and beautiful, and we use hot cutters to cut off the woven fabrics without coatings. That can make the weft of the woven fabric not fall off, and is equipped with an automatic pinching device to ensure that the incision is not blocked.

After cutting, the sheet material is conveyed, and the servo motor + simulated empty suction disk (negative pressure fan) is used to feed the material. The servo motor ensures the accuracy of the feeding, and the suction disk ensures that the sheet material does not go crooked or slipped during the feeding process and is synchronized with the transmission system.

The film is actively unloading the frame, not passive traction movement. The frequency conversion controller + frequency conversion motor + pressure roller press the discharge roller to drive the discharge roller to rotate, so that the film will not be stretched and deformed, and super long size feeding can be realized. The speed of feeding is matched with the traction servo motor, which can completely ensure that the film will not be stretched, and the film can run with almost zero tension. The automatic deviation correction system ensures that the material does not run in the correct guiding direction during the running process.

Film traction and storage system:
Servo motor traction realizes accurate feeding, and at the same time ensures the precise position of heat sealing when the machine is stopped. The material storage part ensures continuous and uniform discharge, and the floating roller in the material storage part ensures that the surface of the material is flat during heat sealing and cutting, without material blocking or wrinkles.

Film heat-sealing and cutting device: The heat-sealing position and cutting position of the film can be adjusted manually. The traction before cutting is also driven by a servo motor to ensure that the film is not stretched, deformed or even damaged.

Inner Bag Inserting device: Negative pressure fan + suction disc to open the mouth of the PP woven bag, and use multiple sets of air pipes to send the cut and sealed inner bag into the woven bag evenly and quickly. After the inner bag is blown to the opening on the side of the woven bag and after being captured by the photoelectric switch imported from Italy, the pneumatic clamping and dragging device starts to work, and the inner bag is dragged forward within the range of 100-200mm according to the customer's requirements.

Bottom Folding &sewing device, after inserting the inner bag to the outer bag ,they are sent to the pressure roller and the conveyor belt, and enter the edge-folding mold under the drive of the pressure roller and the conveyor belt After folding, enter the sewing device(single or double line can be optional). The standard is a single -line sewing machine.
