5.Center seal side gluing plastic extruder

The machine is installed on the side of the cylinder folding machine. It is a device that melts the resin into a uniform fluid by heating, sends it to the discharge die through the porous plate, sprays strip melting resin from the nozzle, and evenly coats the overlapping part of the cylinder to bond the edge.

SJ40X33 plastic extruder is selected with large extrusion volume, which is suitable for high-speed edge sticking production.

Through EPC hydraulic deviation rectifier, the spraying die nozzle of extruder is controlled to keep in the proper position of sticking edge to avoid the phenomenon of internal sticking or extension, and at the same time, the advance and retreat of the main engine are controlled, and the travel distance of the main engine is 700 mm.

7conveying bag stacking machine

The machine conveys the cut-off cylinder bag and counts automatically.

The number of stacked counting devices discharged in a row is set quantitatively and discharged in a row through a bag delivery device after stacking.

8Electric system

The printing, bag cutting and feeding power of the whole machine are controlled independently. Servo synchronous control system and Siemens PLC are used to realize the linkage and independent control of the whole machine. The printing, color tracking and bag cutting, stack counting, shift production record and speed display are completed in Omron man-machine interface.

The main electrical control cabinet should be installed in the temperature below 35 degrees.

Buyers of main electrical control cabinet power lines are provided by themselves.
