Container Dunnage Air Bag Raw Material

1)Outer bag material : PP woven coated and PE-covered kraft paper.

2) Inner Bag (For container dunnage Air Bag)Raw Material : 5 layer PA based extrusion film.

Some factories also use PE film. If you use PE film,we suggest to add Metallocene .

3.Air Dunnage Bag Air valves.

It has two types air valves: One Way Non Return Check Valve and Double Way Non Return Check Valve.

Usually we suggest to use one way air non return check valve if the air dunnage bag size is less than 120*80cm and use Double Way big Non return check valve if the air dunnage bag size is more than 120*80cm.
