How to fill liquid to liquid bag?
Usually when filling non-sterile, the bag-in-box filling machine first pulls out the valve, vacuumizes the bag, then fills the liquid, then presses the valve again, and sends it to the conveyor after filling.
For aseptic filling, at least two additional steps are required. Before filling, use chlorine dioxide to sterilize the nozzle position; before re-pressing the valve to complete the filling, fill the bag with inert gas to exhaust part of the air at the nozzle. In addition, in aseptic filling, the faucet is surrounded by hot steam, and the bag itself needs to be irradiated with gamma rays.
